Oh no I was just referring to how easy the tests were. I was nervous before starting and thought I might need the chance to re-test multiple times but realized you would have to be a dumby and a downright threat to public safety if you needed to re-test. I hope this is not the case often for all our sakes. But you are right, the extra services include an email letting me know when the court receives my obligation fulfillment confirmation from your company which is very important considering the administration of such offices in this country. So I am most certainly not asking for a refund or anything. I was joking about the up sell. I see you're the CEO and hope you haven't taken it personally. Thanks again for your good quality website and online services. I was lucky to find your company to help me get this done quickly and stress free. The fact that you replied to my feedback so quickly further affirms my positive feedback.

According to your table, in California impairment due to drugs or alcohol is NOT the first reason for fatal or injury accidents, in fact it was either 3 or 4th. But your text below says that "you can see that in California driving impaired due to alcohol or drugs is the number one cause" for this (or something to that effect.
