Called and received a prompt resolution and was able to pay over the phone and complete the course, but the situation was very frustrating after spending several hours to complete the course and then not being able to locate a payment link with no notification that the website was being updated. Also, there was a promo code shown on the registration page that did not work or was not applied when paying over the phone. Other than that, all good. Thanks. "

"It was super easy to register and navigate the course. The material was digestible and relevant. At one point I had reviewed an entire section and went to take the test and it told me I hadn't given it enough time and I had to wait 3 minutes which I thought was weird. Maybe it had to do with stepping away and logging back in. Also I left everything as a 10 assuming what was promised that my course completion will be submitted to the DMV as stated. Thank you so much and will definitely recommend your school to others if needed!"

"The instructions to pay using the pay later option are unclear. The email I received when I enrolled said “You can make a payment by credit card by logging in and choosing the link at the top of the page, "Pay by Credit Card", and have immediate access to the final. � Yet when I logged in there was no option to pay for the final exam. I had to register again and pay for the exam which was not exactly the instructions provided. I believe it would be helpful for future students using the pay later option to be told they have to re register to pay for the exam. "

"It would have been nice to get a warning that I had one question without answering before submitting to grade final test. It was my fault for not double checking the questions and answers, but a courtesy warning could prevent future students from a failing grade for that one question (or questions) that mistakenly was left blank. Other than that, I enjoyed the reading material, and it is a good refresher to drivers. "
