"Thank you for a well designed, well organized online course; from registering to scrolling through text, there were no glitches. Short quizzes were inserted in narration to provide a break so that the student did not become too overloaded with material; plus the quizzes were cute with color and animation. I was most impressed that the author injected a bit of herself and her experiences, good and not so good, into the training; I could intuit the sincerity of the author. Oh, and the humor was pleasant - not overdone, as I experienced with the one other online course I took in the past."
