"The one part I didn't completely agree with is to give a waving gesture to tell someone to go ahead. My father was in a case where one driver waved another on and that person hit a pedestrian. The person that waved them on was sued for telling them that it was safe. My father was also sued because he put his jacket on the hit pedestrian chid (who died). They went after everyone.
