Seeing those flashing blue and red lights in your rear-view mirror is enough to make anyone’s heart stop. Getting hit with a traffic violation is considered by most to be the ultimate stress inducer since it means that you may like spend a lot hard earned money, effort, and time spent at traffic school. Luckily, it’s not the early 90’s anymore and traffic school doesn’t have to be the headache that it once was. With the introduction of online traffic school, thousands of Californians have managed to take points off of their license from the comfort of their own home.
At OneDayTrafficSchool, we firmly believe that you should be free to take classes at your own pace, with class hours that you schedule. If you want to complete the entire online traffic course in one day (as our name implies), then go for it! If you need a little more time to make notes and study, you can delay the final test yourself until you’re ready! What other school lets you do that?
This is especially useful for professionals with rigorous schedules and students with inflexible school hours. When you get a ticket, you have a limited amount of time to get that point off of your record. Don’t let the date creep on you. Sign up now while it’s still on your mind!
Have you ever wanted to complete your school assignments from your local coffee shop? If you decide to take the online alternative to traditional traffic school, this dream can become a reality! Taking traditional traffic school almost guarantees that you’ll wind up in some cramped building with a broken air conditioner and a passionless instructor. When you take your course online, you set the environment. You can listen to music, chew gum, and even make travel plans while you read through the material and take the tests. You know, everything that a typical instructor wouldn’t let you do.
Remember taking tests and sweating with anticipation while you waited for the results? At OneDayTrafficSchool, we won’t keep you waiting. The moment you finish your final online test, we immediately do the math and tell you right away whether you’ve passed or you failed. The best part is that even if you missed a few more answers than you meant to, we’ll allow you to retake the test until you pass. We also offer same day processing and express services so that the DMV will be notified of your newly graduated status as soon as possible.
We’ve been to non-online traffic schools all over California, and without a doubt in our minds we can say that our online course offers so much more than the traditional classroom. Apart from the convenience and the flexibility of going to traffic school from home, you can also rest easy with the knowledge that we will help you get that point masked no matter how long it takes.

""Another piece of technology that has crept out of the home and onto the road is the television. It's obvious to most people that watching television and driving don't mix. CVC 27602 defines where and how any television screens or video monitors can be used in vehicles that ensure there safe and reasonable use. A television receiver, video monitor, television or video screen, or any other similar means of visually displaying a television broadcast or video signal are allowed in the vehicle if the equipment is designed, operated, and configured in a manner that prevents the driver of the motor vehicle from viewing the television broadcast or video signal while operating the vehicle.
This law does not apply to the following equipment when installed in a vehicle:"
this is the study materials on televisions in the vehicle. It is said that CVC 27602 defines how televisions are installed, aka, the television needs to be installed in a vehicle that prevents its use while driving. The question in relation asked if its legal to drive while doing one of the activities, even if its unsafe. I marked that it is legal to watch tv while driving because the question did not ask whether the television was properly installed rather than that the television is being used while driving. The question is asking a different question than existed in the material and I was marked wrongfully.
Also, in one survey it says that over 50% of crashes are caused by one type of driving, and then a different type of driving cause 80% of crashes, that is 130%.Another piece of technology that has crept out of the home and onto the road is the television. It's obvious to most people that watching television and driving don't mix.
